Wild Rice Salad
  1. Lightly brown almonds in nonstick pan over medium heat.
  2. Combine first four ingredients.
  3. Combine Cranberry Pear Balsamic and Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil.
  4. Pour over rice mixture and toss to coat.
  5. *Grilled chicken can be added for a full meal. This is even better the next day!
