Grilled Tuscan Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1¼ lbs. Lean (93%) Ground Turkey
- 1 Tablespoon Olive and Then Some Tuscan Bread Dipping Herbs
- 1 egg
- 1 Cup plain bread crumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Olive and Then Some Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoons salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and form into 1" round balls. Cook on grill over medium heat about 5 minutes and turn and cook and additional 5 minutes. Remove from grill and toss with some additional Olive and Then Some Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Parmesan cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano is best). Serve immediately.
