Ingredients
- • 2 cups water
- • 3 Tablespoons Olive and Then Some Persian Lime Olive Oil
- • 1 cup long grain white rice
- • ½ cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil; stir in 1 Tablespoon Persian Lime Olive Oil and rice into the water. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until the rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
- Stir the remaining 2 tablespoons Persian Lime Olive Oil and cilantro into the cooked rice just before serving.
