Crunchy Chipotle Chickpeas
Easy snack! If you like a little more heat, use our Harissa Olive Oil in place of the Chipotle Olive Oil.
Ingredients
- 15 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and well drained
- 1 Tbsp. Olive and Then Some chipotle olive Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- ½ tsp. coriander
- ½ tsp. seat salt
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 400°F
- On a baking sheet, toss chickpeas with Olive and Then Some Chipotle Olive Oil, cumin, coriander and sea salt
- Roast until crunchy, stirring halfway through cooking (about 35 minutes)
